This plant is extremely compact and completely self-contained bitumen and aggregate mixing plant in which all the controls are within the easy reach of the operator. We manufacture and supply different types of hotmix plants spares and accessories such as tips & arms, liner plates, fins for drum in hotmix plant, pressure roller, flights, blowers and impellers.


Tips & Arms: We manufacture arms and tips required for all types of Indian and Imported hotmix plants made out of special alloy steels like Ni-Hard, Manganese Steel, etc.


Liner Plates: We manufacture liner plates for all Indian and Imported batch plants from Germany, Korea, Japan, etc and according to the samples given. These liner plates are made up of Ni-Hard and Hardex plates as per customers’ specifications. We also undertake installation of liner plates. We also supply mixer drums and undertake reconditioning of mixer drums.


Fins for drum in Hotmix Plant: We manufacture fins for the drum outer for all kinds of Hotmix plants from 100 TPH to 350 made out of MS, EN-8, Hardex Plates.


Pressure Roller: We manufacture pressure roller made out of EN-8, OHNS, and HCHC plates. Duly machined to customers’ requirements for all kinds of HM plants as per customers’ specifications.


Flights: We manufacture flights for dryer drum for various applications and machineries made out of EN-8, EN-3A & special alloy steels with required fasteners including installation of the above at site.


Blowers/Impellers: We manufacture blower with or without casting made out of Hi carbon steel duly machined and dynamically balanced with perfect engineering to deliver optimum output. Our blowers can be operated at a speed of 3000 rpm.


Bitumen Tanks and CRMB Tanks: We also manufacture Bitumen tanks, CRMB tanks, Oil tanks, etc with direct or indirect heating with or without insulation from 5 KL to 50 KL as per customers’ requirements.


Agitators: We manufacture agitators for CRMB storage tanks. We also undertake modification of Bitumen tanks to CRMB tanks and all kinds of works related to this.


Gears: We manufacture and supply all kinds gears used in hotmix and wetmix plants of any size as per customers’ specifications.


Wetmix Plant Spares & Accessories:

We manufacture and supply spares and accessories for wetmix plants which are precision-engineered ranges for excellent output capacity, minimum power consumption and energy efficient. We manufacture various types of wetmix plants spares and accessories such as Fins for drum, Tips & Arms Gears, Feeder System, Bin Feeder, Bitumen Tanks and CRMB Tanks, Agitators and Reconditioning of Mixer.
